Hey friends! I’ve got a great B***y Burn Circuit to hold you over while I’m away, it’s a good one to knock out and set the tone as we head toward the weekend!! 🦵🍑🦵
💦Utilize your body, resistance bands and free weights to make the most of this workout. Complete 4 sets of all exercises, taking 60-90 seconds of recovery between rounds.
This is an awesome workout that can be adjusted based on your ability level and what equipment you have on hand! Enjoy 😅
