Full moon in September is a time for ceremony, release, and preparation for the next cycle of harvest and celebration. Little is discussed about the discovery by Dr. Albert Hoffman when he took a journey in 1943 on this day on his bicycle and changed the world of consciousness forever. A celebration sound healing/ gong bath will be taking place @ Uffda Cannabis' Rec Space 5456 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55419.
$25 at the door, limited space
7pm doors will be open with a 7:30pm start time.
Please come early to get your spot
Himalayan Singing Bowls, Large Gongs, The Beam with custom PA system and other instruments will be played during this event by Sound Healing and Gong Master Frank DiCristina. Frank has expanded his consciousness through sound and lighting influenced by Dr. Hoffman's discovery. Though Frank no longer partakes in it he still holds the creative values that Dr. Hoffman brought forward.
Though a weaving and intense soundscape with the use of carefully selected instruments Frank will open your mind while ART Lighting by Nat-Tuna will fill you eyes with color and brightness. This will be a magical event you do not want to miss.

As usual, yoga mats, blankets, pillows or your own chair for comfort. You can sit, layout, or just watch because you won't need to close your eyes for this one.

Mike and I had some conversation about tomorrows event. We decided to suspend the surcharge so if you were on the fence about coming it Will still only cost $40 and not $50 if you didn't pre-sign for whatever reason. So you can pay at the door when you get to Studio Time Out, 6001 Lyndale Ave across form Bachmann's Nursery.

Please come earlier than the 7pm start time. We prefer not have disturbances of people coming in and shuffling around when we have already started.

As always bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets for comfort, Crystals, stones, bottles of water to be energized and anything else you wish. Please no food or snacks as that is disruptive when opening the packages.

Plenty of free parking and Yes, ADA accessible>

Mike is traveling to Europe to teach after this and will most likely not be back again for quite some time. Those that have attended know, those that have not don't. Mike Tamburo is an incredible musician and worth seeing solo, but I will be playing with him also. Our synergy is unparalleled and there will be a few sonic surprises in store for you.
