A big shout out to Cheryl and Pete Dix for hosting a Team Syndicate Downhill Ski Racers Reunion on Sunday. We had a few beers, played golf on a private course, had a wonderful pulled pork bar-b-q dinner! And all with great weather, Henry, and Lucas!

Fred (red vest) and Sharen (far left) founded the Syndicate in 1985. It's named after his clay pigeon shooting team he had. I was supposed to be on his original team, but his sailing buddies from the yacht club quickly filled the roster. It worked out good for me because I got sponsored by West Side Beer. In 2003, Fred retired from the team, (I joined the team 1999) but he still managed to come out and socialize with us for 10 more years! We had so much fun!

Both Ann and Wayne were on Team Syndicate for a few years. We lost Ann to a battle with cancer a couple of years ago. Wayne was a podium racer most of his career. He is also one of the highest levels of ski instructors in PSIA. Wayne Raterink, we would love to see you today at the Dix's!

I'm trying to remember past team members. Sam Hogg and Meggan March were both on the team. Ah, Justin Cutler!

Sorry I was MIA all season folks! Tonight was my first night on snow. :( I kept thinking I would make one but it just wasn't in the cards this year. Hope everyone had a blast and can't wait for next season!

Got this from Marty C. Williams. Looks like fun. It's one month away so plan.
