BILL LITTON (Driver)

A fan of racing since he was 8 years old, Bill Litton competed at every opportunity during his youth.

In 1974 he was awarded the prestigious #1 plate in motocross for the West Texas Circuit. He attained numerous first-place finishes until 1976 when a torn ACL convinced him to take a break. In 2003 he earned his Super Comp Dragster license from the Frank Hawley Drag Racing School under the instruction of Jack Beckman. A few months later, he attended the Frank Hawley’s Drag Racing School in Gainesville, Florida, where he drove a Blown Alcohol Funny Car under the instruction of Frank Hawley. Off the racetrack, Litton stayed busy championing other victories. In 1982 he was named Fireman of the Year by the city of Bloomfield, New Mexico. One year later, he earned his pilot’s license – expanding his passion for machines from cars to planes. Litton’s success carried over into the business world, too. In 1987, he started his own firm, Litton Financial, which he led to a position in the top one percent of the largest independent investment broker dealers in the country. This was based on assets under management. He sold the firm in 2019 and remains associated with Litton Financial, LLC as a consultant. In 2018 Litton received the NHRA Rookie of The Year award made possible by two legends of the sport Chuck & Del of Worsham Racing. During the 2018 season Litton was able to accomplish elimination round wins against some "Goliaths" of the sport including Tony Schumacher, Brittany Force and Leah Pruitt. AKA "Bonzai Bill" & "La Jolla Money Man." Top ET 3.901. Best speed 318.17 mph. SEEKING MARKETING PARTNER TO RUN 370's at 330 mph!!! Contact [email protected]!
