The group is forming right now.

Monday, people show up to a room full of others who already decided. Don't be the person watching from the sidelines wondering if you should've signed up.

Quick gut check β€” comment below:

Corinna is 49. In her own words:

"For me, health is a marathon. No HIIT. Lifting weights. Eating more food. Doing the mindset work. And getting the leanest I've ever been β€” at 49."

Read that again. Almost every word is the opposite of what you've been sold.

Not more cardio β€” lifting. Not less food β€” more. Not white-knuckling it β€” mindset work.

That's what the Summer Slimdown Challenge teaches in 14 days. Free.

3 days left to register.

You didn't lose motivation. You lost structure.

Vacation, kids home, cookouts β€” your routine slipped in June and never came back. Now you feel a little heavier, a little off, and you're telling yourself you don't have the discipline anymore.

You do. Here's proof it's fixable in 14 days, free:

β†’ Done-for-you workouts in the app
β†’ Simple high-protein meal plans, plus options for eating out
β†’ Me, live, every weekday
β†’ Daily accountability so you don't ghost by day 4

"I don't have time" β€” built for that. Everything's done for you.
"I've fallen off before" β€” you fell off because the structure disappeared. For 14 days, all you do is show up.

Everyone's talking about it. Almost nobody understands it.

This space went mainstream in the last two years. Podcast hosts started recommending things they don't understand. Influencers started selling things they've never personally tested. People started running protocols they read about in a 90-second TikTok.

The result is predictable. A lot of money spent. A lot of confusion. A lot of people walking away convinced something "doesn't work" β€” when what didn't work was their approach to it.

The Playbook is the map I wish I had when I started.

Inside it covers:

12 compounds organized by what they actually do β€” recovery, body composition, longevity, performance. Not the marketing categories. The functional categories.

4 foundational pillars that determine whether any protocol will work at all. The pillars come first. Always. If the foundation isn't in place, no tool on top of it will produce results.

8 stacks I've actually run with clients. Not theoretical combinations. The combinations that produce results when the foundation is solid.

A vetted source for anyone who decides to move forward.

This is education, not a sales pitch. You can read the entire Playbook and decide this isn't for you. That's a completely legitimate outcome. What it gives you is the context to make that decision based on real information instead of guesswork.

The Big Rocks come first. Always. Sleep, protein, training, hydration, stress. The tools amplify a system. They don't rescue one.

Get the foundation right. Then decide if the tools serve the system.

πŸ‘‡ Comment GUIDE and I'll send you the free Playbook.

You're not lazy. You're exhausted.

There's a version of self-improvement culture that treats every form of slowdown as a discipline failure. Can't get out of bed? Discipline. Feeling unmotivated? Discipline. Skipping workouts? Discipline.

For most high performers I work with, this framing is not just wrong. It's actively making the problem worse.

The exhaustion isn't a character defect. It's a physiological state. A depleted nervous system can't be willpowered into performance. Telling a body that's running on fumes to try harder doesn't refuel it. It deepens the deficit.

You can usually tell the difference between lazy and exhausted by looking at the pattern.

Lazy looks like β€” capacity exists, willingness doesn't.

Exhausted looks like β€” willingness exists, capacity doesn't.

If you're someone who would push through if you could, but you literally can't generate the output anymore, that's not a discipline problem. That's a recovery problem.

The fix isn't more pressure. The fix is more restoration.

Sleep deeper. Not just longer β€” deeper. Cool room, dark room, no screens for the last hour.

Eat enough. Real food. Enough of it. Protein, carbs, fats β€” all three, every meal.

Stop training to failure on every session. Save it for the sessions that matter. Most days, leave reps in the tank.

Schedule rest the same way you schedule work. Non-negotiable. Same priority.

Manage the nervous system actively. Walks. Boundaries. Less stimulation.

The work doesn't fix exhaustion. Recovery does. And once the nervous system gets the resources it's been missing, the willingness and the capacity show up together.

You can't out-train under-eating.

It's the most common mistake I see in high performers who can't figure out why the scale won't budge, the body won't change, and the energy keeps tanking.

They train hard. They eat clean. They cut calories. They add cardio. They cut more calories. They add more cardio. And the system grinds to a halt.

Here's what's actually happening. Your body has one job β€” keep you alive. When food drops and output goes up, the body reads "famine" and starts downshifting everything that isn't essential.

Thyroid output drops. Resting metabolic rate slows. Leptin tanks. Cortisol rises. Sleep gets shallower. Recovery stalls. The body literally burns less fuel because it can't trust that fuel is coming.

You walk into the gym five days a week, eat 1,400 calories of perfect whole foods, and wonder why nothing is happening. Nothing is happening because the body has adapted to survive your protocol, not respond to it.

The fix is not more discipline. The fix is more food.

Specifically β€” eat enough to fuel your output. For most people training hard, that's significantly more than they think. Protein at 0.7-1g per pound. Total calories matched to actual energy expenditure, not aspirational deficits.

Then watch what happens. Energy comes back. Sleep deepens. Recovery improves. And often β€” paradoxically β€” body composition starts changing again, because the body finally trusts that fuel is plentiful enough to let go of what it's been storing.

You can't out-train the wrong intake.

Coach Jesse drops daily breakdowns on real intake targets, refeed strategy, and what fueling for performance actually looks like on Instagram.
