We're bringing our mature active adult programs back to senior residential buildings this summer. Y'all forgot that I'm a certified fitness instructor and CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL LIFESTYLE COACH (yes I wear several hats and the all fit very well). I can bring everything from fitness to dance (Alvin Alley trained). Tell me what you want...line dancing...Chicago Style Stepping...House 🎵 Music for the mature set...FITNESS (cardio, strength, aerobics, anerobics) HEALTH COACHING using the Center for Disease Control National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP covered by Medicare.)
