Team Velosport Junior Development

Hi all...some of you know Dorothy Wong who has been an instrumental person in the southern California cycling community, especially with cyclocross events. Dot and Jeff lost their home in Altadena in these horrible fires. Our hearts go out to Dorothy and Jeff. Her tribe has set up a go fund me page to help get them back on track to some degree. See link below if you wish to help.

Velosport has a superb elite level program for juniors who wish to achieve greatness in road cycling. Interested in joining for 2022? Here's your opportunity! Join us for our team ride this Saturday (9/25). Ride is open to juniors age 15 - 18 with some race experience.

We meet at Rock n Road Cyclery in Irvine (Sand Canyon at Irvine Blvd in the Woodbury center) at 8:00 am. We roll at 8:15. Ride will warm up with our "regular" members (all ages and abilities). Our Elite Team Director will then take the 2021 Elite members and any 2022 prospective members for a separate ride. Ride is a counter-clockwise loop of Santiago Canyon, with a Silverado Canyon add-on.

Come join us for a fun ride and see if Velosport is in your future!

FIRST RACE of the 2021 season at Ontario was awesome! 22 Velosport Juniors were there and we got some great results. Nice to see friends at a live event again! Looking forward to race #2 (Rosena Ranch on April 25th).
