Some tips for planning your meals.
Yesterday our personal training client was talking about how she really has struggled with knowing what to eat. As the conversation went on I realized she wasn’t planning.
She was in the situation with her husband every night where they didn’t have dinners planned ahead time so they went out to eat.
I make sure to plan out my family dinners when we make our grocery list. I find this the best for me because my husband loves to have spaghettis, tacos, fried rice with egg rolls, basically more calorie dense meals. So I don’t feel like I’m missing out when we eat dinner or have to make 2 separate meals I plan my days around these and will make some slight modifications, like sometimes using fat free cheese, or smaller portions.
Then I’m on point with my other meals.
This works for me, and I find it feels less like dieting when I’m still incorporating higher calorie options in moderation.
