Push Ups - You Can Do It!

I know. Push ups are hard. Remember there are ways to ease into it. Start at the kitchen counter. Move your feet further back to make it more difficult. Try on a lower counter. Move down to a bench or the side of your bed. When you're ready, move to the floor and try them on your knees. If your wrists are a limiting factor, try putting your hands on a rolled up towel or yoga mat. Or use dumbbells to keep your wrists straight. Keep challenging yourself from whatever level you are at. Keep moving everyone
