I'm not answering anymore of your questions, when your question is used in place of answering my question.

My deep thoughts, prayers and good memories go out to the Najera family. I'm so deeply sorry for your loss. She will be missed and continuously loved. I miss and love y'all, too. Wish I could be there for you. Let me know if there's anything I/we can do for y'all.

6 years in the academy. Locked out in April during COVID. "Landlords" trying to charge us 7500+ for back triple net which is actually included in our monthly rent payment. (ridiculous)
Well, the bullying stops here. Last week the judge granted us a Writ of Re Entry. We were able to get ALL of our things. (You know, only about $100k worth of furniture, office things, equipment, and inventory.)
Today the Judge ruled in our favor again. We won! It's over.
Time to regroup.
We are still offering classes, both virtual and in person.
GOD is great!
