Well the first annual Grand Valley Strength Games Strongman is in the books and I am over the moon excited with the results!

A great group of people joined us for some amazing shows of strength and grit! The GJFD donated a fire truck to be pulled and EVERY SINGLE competitor attempted it (most for fun) and that was the highlight of my day!

Right and 3 hours from start to finish with time to spare and some fun between events!

Thank you to everyone that made this run smoothly, all of the competitors, for donating some weights, and Rachel for being the brain child behind this entire thing!! Next year will be bigger, badder, and stronger than a mother fu**er!!!
