Your body is your message.
The way you take care of it is exactly how you’re telling the world who you are.
Right now we live in the era of fast. Fast content, fast food, fast lives. Volume over quality. People forgot how to slow down… how to be present.
Most of you won’t even notice the size of my forearm in the third photo because you already swiped. You probably don’t even know what it means.
Some of you won’t even read this.
And that’s the reality.
Attention span and focus became rare skills. We got dependent on devices without protecting our true identity.
And now in the era of AI… you can generate an image like this in five seconds.
But nobody really knows what it takes to build a body, a mind, and create a photo that actually means something. Something that tells the story, or makes a statement.
Because the effort is what matters.
That’s what creates the result.
…
This is also a moment I feel proud of, and I don’t say that often because I’m hard on myself.
I come from a small village of 2,000 people in Poland, with a castle… and here I am, in the best shape of my life, standing in Maui, enjoying life and feeling like the king of the jungle 💪🏼
Years of training and putting my best effort.
To have a photo like this… a few of them… that’s a big win for me. And I mean it in like a time stamp perspective. Something I want the kids to see when they’re here. It’s a short moment in time that means a lot for me.
I thank all of you, the supporters, the haters, and the ones who closed doors in front of my face 🙏🏼
Because of you, I became stronger.
And who I am… is not someone who quits.
Take care of your body. You only have one.
Don’t put garbage into it, because what you put inside will show on the outside.
Slow down. Be grateful for what you have today.
And if you’re still reading this… this part is for you:
What kind of person are you?
Ask yourself: what kind of role model are you?
And if you’re still searching, maybe you need to check out my podcast episode on role modeling.
Anyhow, stay good, do good, spread love.
Peace y’all
