RSL Aquatics

RSL Aquatics Semi-private swim lessons for all ages and abilities. We also offer aquafit classes, splash ball, lap pool sessions, and lifeguard services.

Anyone who is in need to learn how to swim - our swim lesson program has several different levels to accommodate the age and skill of our swimmers. We also have lifeguard services available. We have fitness options - aquafit and lap swim programs. Lastly, we have Splashball which is designed for athletes with no previous water polo experience that wants to learn the basics of playing the game of water polo.

Labor Day is more than a long weekend, a day off, or the unofficial goodbye to summer. 📝

It’s a day to recognize the people who show up, put in the work, and help build the communities we call home.

At RSL Aquatics, we’re proud to be part of the Upland community and even prouder of the work we get to do every day. Because teaching someone how to swim is about so much more than learning strokes. It’s about building confidence, creating safer families, and giving our community one more layer of protection around the water.

From our instructors who patiently teach that very first float, to the families who make swim lessons a priority, to the local businesses, leaders, educators, and organizations who continue to show up for Upland, community safety is something we all contribute to.

That’s the kind of work worth celebrating.💙

So today, we’re taking a moment to recognize the people who labor with purpose, serve with heart, and make our community stronger one day at a time.

Some community events just feel a little more special than others. 💙

A big thank you to County Supervisor Jesse Armendarez for inviting RSL Aquatics to be part of his Open House and for giving us the opportunity to collaborate with him and the many wonderful businesses, organizations, booths, and vendors that showed up to support the community. 🌎🏘️

Jesse Armendarez is truly someone who leads by being present. This Open House is just one of the many community events he is continually involved in throughout the 2nd District, making sure he is listening, connecting, supporting local organizations, and doing his part to make the community a better place. That kind of leadership deserves to be recognized and applauded. 👏🏼

We are grateful that RSL Aquatics was able to be there alongside so many other incredible community partners and have meaningful conversations about something that is so close to our hearts: water safety and the importance of learning how to swim.🏊‍♀️💙🏊

We were also proud to share more about our nonprofit, Sooner the Safer, and what it means to us. We truly believe that the earlier someone learns how to swim, the safer they can be around the water. Having the opportunity to collaborate with community leaders like Jesse helps us get that message even further. 🤝

Jesse, thank you for welcoming RSL Aquatics into your event, for supporting local organizations, and most importantly, for continuing to show up for the people and families of the 2nd District. We appreciate you and the work you do more than you know. 💙

And to every booth, vendor, organization, small business, and community member who came out and made the Open House what it was: thank you for being there, connecting with one another, and making our community stronger. 📈💪

“IT’S BETTER BY THE POOL 💜”

These sweet drawings remind us to enjoy life, make memories, and keep swimming! 🏊‍♀️✨

Mrs. Rene LOVES getting doodles, drawings, and little notes from your kiddos. There’s something so special about seeing the pool through their eyes. 💭💦

Sometimes it’s themselves swimming, sometimes it’s Mrs. Rene, and sometimes it’s a whole underwater world filled with rainbows, mermaids, and lots of imagination! 🌈🧜‍♀️

Every little drawing tells a story about a child who is learning, growing, building confidence, and making memories in the water. 💜

So here’s your little reminder:

Keep swimming, keep growing, keep making waves,
The happiest memories are the ones we make! 💦🌈

Because it’s never just about learning to swim. It’s about confidence, courage, joy, and creating little moments your kiddos will remember for years to come. 💜

Swim lessons are not one size fits all. 🌊

Just because a place teaches swim lessons doesn’t mean every swim experience is the same.

At RSL Aquatics, we meet swimmers where they are.

The nervous beginner.
The toddler who still needs a hand to hold.
The child who is ready to level up.
The teen who never learned.
The adult who has always wanted to.
The swimmer who wants stronger skills, more confidence, or simply a safer relationship with the water.

There is no “too old.” No “too behind.” No “should have started sooner.”

There is simply where you are today and where you want to go from here.

Different ages. Different abilities. Different starting points.

One thing in common: everyone deserves the chance to learn.

So if you’ve ever thought, “Maybe swim lessons just aren’t for us…”

Maybe you just haven’t found your place in the water yet. 💙
