✨ Meet Sarah Sutton the owner/founder of FlowFitStudio & AquaFlowFit! Sarah is originally from Northern California and has been teaching fitness, yoga , & standup paddle-boarding in Columbus, OH since 2013. Her first experience with yoga was in her high school gym class at the age of fifteen. She found that, as a swimmer and water polo player, she loved using pranayama to improve her speed and endurance in the water.
Sarah is a 200E-RYT, WPA II, & SUPyoga/Aqua Yoga teacher and had the privilege of studying with Swami Nibhrtananda, the creator of Aqua Kriya Yoga. She shares her love in teaching Yoga & SUPYoga water classes to all ages by combining her trainings both on land and water. She encourages her students to bring their visions to reality through guided meditation and a consistent practice. She has a fluid vinyasa style that she weaves throughout each practice and loves to teach classes inspired by amazing playlists and deeper connection to the soul. Sarah believes that regardless of the age an individual comes to yoga, there is something waiting for everyone. Her classes focus on being comfortable and stable with an emphasis on strength, breath work, & visualization. She believes that no matter whether its physical, mental, or spiritual — yoga and meditation speaks to each human being and promotes a higher level of consciousness to allows light to shine through every heart & smile. 😊 ♥️

✨ SPOT ON INSTRUCTOR ✨ MEET Hanna, an E-RYT500, RCYT, and TSYT, is currently enrolled in the NSLS in her therapy program, where her goal is to harness the power of yoga to help individuals thrive in their physical and mental well-being. At the core of Hanna's teaching philosophy is dynamic brain-based sequencing, which integrates somatic and experiential movements to foster healing, rejuvenation, and resilience in the body.
Drawing upon her background as a professional dancer and her training in therapy, Hanna strives to apply a creative and unconventional approach to body healing. She encourages her students to break free from frequently encountered movement, allowing them to experience the freedom and support of their bodies in a way that is both empowering and transcendent.
