Who’s in your ear?

What voice, what messages do you hear?

Under the music, through the roar of the crowd, there is a voice that’s counting, coaching, leading and directing.

The voice that keeps you calm.
Maintains the pace.
That guides you through those uncertain moments.

You may not always see where the voice is coming from…but you know it. You trust it and when everything around you gets loud, somehow, you can still hear it.

Life is a lot like that. There will always be noise.
Opinions. Doubt. Distractions. People telling you what you should do, what you can’t do, or who they think you should be.

So the question isn’t whether there are voices in your ear. The question is: Which voice are you listening to?

Be intentional about the voices you give volume to. Choose the ones that remind you who you are when you forget.

The ones that steady you when things get shaky.
The ones that correct you without crushing you.
The ones that push you without pulling you away from your purpose.

Above every other voice, learn to recognize God’s voice. Because sometimes the difference between losing your way and staying the course is simply knowing which voice to follow.

The Tiny Whisperer

Some people simply have a gift.
For Coach Trinika, that gift has always been little people.

For years, she has loved, taught, encouraged and coached some of the tiniest athletes to ever wear Crimson Heat. And somehow, through the giggles, tears, big personalities and even bigger energy, she gets them to listen, learn, believe…and WIN.

An early childhood educator by profession, her patience is legendary. Her Tiny teams have celebrated undefeated seasons and countless victories, but her impact has never been measured by trophies alone.

Coach Trinika raised her daughter at HEAT now, years later, she stands on the mat coaching beside her daughter as they coach the generation…including her own granddaughter on Firestarters. ❤️

That’s the part that gets us because when we say WE GROW HERE, we aren’t only talking about skills.

We grow athletes.
We grow confidence.
We grow relationships.
We grow families.
We grow generations.

Parents trust her. Coaches adore her. And the kids? They absolutely LOVE her.

We call her The Tiny Whisperer.

27 years.

Not 27 months.
Not a viral moment.
Not overnight success.

Twenty-seven years of showing up…
through wins and losses,
through packed gyms and quiet seasons,
through changing trends, changing athletes, changing expectations and an industry that never stops evolving.

Crimson Heat didn’t survive for 27 years by accident.

We survived because we learned how to grow.
How to adjust.
How to listen.
How to lead.
How to stay committed to children even when things got hard.

There were seasons where the scorecard celebrated us…
and seasons where we had to rebuild quietly behind the scenes.

One thing never changed:
our commitment to creating a place where athletes could belong, grow, be challenged, and become more than just cheerleaders.

To aspiring gym owners:
Please understand this journey is deeper than trophies and social media highlights.

Longevity requires sacrifice.
Leadership.
Consistency.
Integrity.
The ability to evolve without losing your foundation.

Anybody can look successful for a season.
Building something that families trust for decades?
That takes real work.

And to the families still searching for a cheer home…
look beyond the glitter.

Look for stability.
Look for leadership.
Look for a program that has proven it can adapt, grow, and continue serving athletes year after year.

Because your child deserves more than hype.
They deserve structure.
Opportunity.
Vision.
Culture.
And people who are truly invested in their future.

At Crimson Heat, we are proud of 27 years…
but we are even more proud that we are still growing, still learning, still progressing, and still pushing forward.

There’s something powerful about being able to see your progress.

Every heart on this chart represents a goal that was set, a skill that was worked for, and an achievement that was EARNED.

Week by week, the empty spaces are disappearing.

This season, we’re introducing something new at Crimson Heat - The Gold Standard Club.

Each month, our coaches will recognize athletes who are demonstrating what it means to represent the standard of Crimson Heat, not simply through talent, but through faith, character, leadership and excellence because being the Gold Standard isn’t about being the best athlete in the room.

It’s about how you show up.
How you respond to correction.
How you treat your teammates.
How hard you work when nobody is watching.
