The rink is open! If looking for extra ice time this morning, there is a potential scrimmage at 9:30AM - 10:30AM. Possibility for more open ice if teams having to forfeit due to missing skaters throughout the day.

2025-26 Season Schedule at a Glance!

Skater Registration is now OPEN for the 2025–26 CIDL season!!!

🏒 Schedule
Games will be held on Sundays from October 12th to March 1st
at Buccaneer Arena, Urbandale with any remaining games after March 1st held at MidAmerican Energy RecPlex, West Des Moines.
Typical game times: 9:30 AM – 4:45 PM.
Unless the Capitals have home games, then our times shift to 2:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Combine:
Will be held at RecPlex on September 14th & 21st
Draft Party to follow the weekend after Combine

📋 Format
This season we’re planning for:
4 teams in each of 3 divisions
1 evaluation skate
19 regular season games
2 playoff games to crown the division champions

💰 Season Fees
Skaters: $475 + USA Hockey Registration
(Installment plan available at no extra cost)
Goalies: FREE + USA Hockey Registration
(Goalie fees reimbursed after evaluation)
