Due to road conditions, the morning Muay Thai class is canceled.

Evening Junior Class has been canceled due to Instructor illness. Everyone stay warm and wash your hands! Lots of germs going around! 😉

Tomorrow morning at 10am, for anyone wishing to kick off the New Year right.... we will be combining Roundkicks, Teeps and knees to get 2025! Let's GOOOO!!

Team Roundkick... we DO have Team Training tomorrow morning, 9am-10:30am.
