Thomas comes to us from Shepaug Valley High School (Connecticut). Major: Fisheries & Aquatic Science. Personal Records: 4:45.03 (1600m), 10:21.96 (3200m). 🌲🌲

Jack Clyne will be our 2nd runner on the roster from SHEN : MAJOR ➡️Environmental Resources Engineering : PR’s ➡️4:39.09 (1600), 10:08.24 (3200) 🌲🌲

Congrats to ESFruns alum and former assistant coach, Aine Haugh for winning the OnondagaMan (half IRONMAN) today & breaking the (25-29) age group record in a time of 6:14.55! Keep making us proud! 🌲🌲

Monica Pohl has decided to stay close to home and study environmental biology & be in our 3x3 program (Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Physical Therapy). Monica will be a great addition to our team, setting personal records this track season in the 1500m (5:37.86) and 3000m (12:04.36). See you in the fall, Monica 🌲🌲
