MVCC Women's Basketball

The annual MVCC Athletics awards banquet was a success. Thank you to our 2025-2026 team and especially our sophomores for the impact they have made during their two years here.

Congratulations to sophomore Syracuse native, Shayla Baker for her 1st team All-Region 3 selection! She is one of just six players chosen from the 13 teams in Region 3.

Congrats to sophomore Shayla Baker on being selected to All-tournament team after her performance in the Region 3 tournament. She had 24 points and 20 rebounds in the quarterfinal win, and 13 points and 15 rebounds in the semi final game.

The Hawks finish their regular season schedule with a road win at Hudson Valley CC…up next…the Region 3 tournament, stay tuned.

Our sophomores played their last game on their home floor, they left it all out there and fought until the end…we are proud of you…thank you to family and friends who came out to support us!
