Tonight, Channel 7 shared the story of one of our young students and her journey from fear to confidence.

We’re incredibly proud of her courage and determination, and honored that she’s allowing us to share a small part of her story.

This video shows her working through a multiple-attacker drill, combining Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga — learning to move, think, adapt, and keep going under pressure.

The goal isn’t to live in fear. It’s to build confidence, resilience, and the belief that you are capable.
