FYI- Well... I need to be placed on the injured/disabled list for awhile kids...shoulder/knee issues have been-or as they say upper/lower body injuries have been bothering me for awhile.. And haven't played pickup/anything since my last league game....so thinking about sitting out for a month or so more-and see if I can at least get my shoulder too be somewhat pain free when I raise it... 99% sure it's-"frozen shoulder" aka 50yr old shoulder,-and I'm only 47...or a possible rotator cuff issue-the knee - I can deal with a brace- contemplating just saying eff it, and hanging up the skates for good...not totally ready to make that call yet- just sayin...there will be no grand entrance from me...for awhile. If at all... Do whatcha guys need to do.... No worries... On my end.

Well Here it is that time of year again. Throwing up the bat signal for 730 at Roosevelt's game at 1030. Bring the normal 200 for first nights payment. Giddy up!
