Town of Russia summer park program

Thank you Joe Goggin and family and friends. From the donations in memory of Joe we ended park program with a bang. Kids had a great time and it was perfect weather. Another successful year 💕

Thank you Joe Goggin and family. In loving memory of Joe , a donation was made for our youth summer program. Today 70 kids get to enjoy a movie, popcorn and drink on him💕 some of the kids have never been to the movies before so we have very excited kids.

Reminder *******drop off is 8am tomorrow, bus is leaving at 845 sharp. We will have lunch when we return and park will close at 130pm. Thank you!

We are down to the final week of camp!!! Our last day is Friday august 11th. Originally we thought it was Wednesday the 16th but the county confirmed we close the 11th.
Tomorrow on Tuesday we are having a Halloween party and Thursday we are having water day. Please bring bathing suit and towel.

Tomorrow the humidity is very high in the tropical range of the chart, just a heads up we will keep the kids inside the pavilion so you can warn any older kids that come that won’t want to do that all day. Don’t forget to send water bottles☀️☀️☀️🔥🔥🔥

We made it back alive! It was very humid. Kids had a good day though.

We would like to thank our friends at Darrow’s Adirondack motors for providing our kids with a trip to the Utica. We appreciate you and these kids are ready for a great day!

Reminder park is closed tomorrow due to field trip. If your child didn’t turn in their permission slips they can not attend. No one will be here to watch them. Thank you

Well the first week is already over, close to 70 kids each day and very few issues. Great group of kids. Look forward to a fun summer❤️ reminder closed next week Monday and Tuesday. Have a great weekend.

Our plan is to open up at 9:30 and we will close right after lunch at 12:30. That way the kids still get their breakfast and lunch and get to play for a little bit. They cannot go outside at all.

With these air levels currently all the kids will have to stay inside the closed pavilion. We have not been closed by the health department but if anything changes I will make another post.
