We are back for another year hosting the City of Utica Youth Bureau’s FREE Speed & Agility Camp at a NEW location.

Who? Boys & Girls Grade 7-12

We will be using special equipment like weight vests, parachutes, boxes, medicine balls, and more to provide you with an unorthodox approach to TRUE SPEED.

So, the weather is calling for thunderstorms 🌩 which makes it so we can’t do the prescribed workout for today as it would make things unsafe. However, I don’t know if the storm will miss us so I will be at the field making a “game-time decision”
If we have to cancel I will move weight vests to Thursday, our final day!

Tomorrow’s Speed Camp will start off with some Bleacher Agility Work*, then we will move into some mini hurdle ploymetrics, and finish it all off with some dynamic core strengthening drills.
Tuesday, July 17 from 5:30-6:30 at Proctor Stadium!
*weather permitting - please bring both sneakers and turf shoes for this session!

CNY Speed & Agility is here to help athletes, both young and mature, become the fastest, most agile versions of themselves. Our goal isn’t to make the big $$, but rather to improve athletic ability.
That’s why we will be posting FREE weekly speed training workouts each week on our Facebook and Instagram page (). Each workout will concentrate on True Speed, Speed Endurance, Acceleration, Agility, etc. We will do our best to make it so that you don’t need equipment, but certain items will definitely help improve your “game.”
Programming will be for all ages and athletic abilities, but we will include scaling up/down if needed.
Looking forward to hearing how everyone likes the program! Feel free to tag us in any of your pictures/videos.
