Our First Five. The very night we met, we danced all night, talked about big dreams and sincere beliefs. We both had this number of “5” when it came to how many children we wanted. How about that?!!!!
I stuck to the belief that if we had them all one after another, it would be easier to manage. I was right on the money! We had them back-to-back, and therefore did the diaper stage all at once, the little league stage all at once and now entering the tween/teen stages now.
My days blurred together with my nights, and I basically was pregnant or nursing for years on end. But NOW, we are enjoying lots of thoughtful, adult conversations. Real, authentic and sincere belief sharing. We are forever learning how to do this thing called parenting, but we know WHO to keep in the thick of it.
They are our sweetest treasure and biggest blessing to raise.

What if we stole every good moment and hung onto it forever? Steal the good moments, hang onto them, treasure them and hide them away in your heart. We have too much going on in our brains, our schedule and our phones to stop and steal the good moments. I’m preaching to myself when I say put down that phone, and just live it. Be present, be positive, be that light that will shine in your children for years to come. Plant that seed, sculpt those precious hearts that were endowed to you, and point every moment towards Him. Steal the good. Steal it and run with it! Amen????

Ice cold water after a day of hiking, fits this shoe just right! Ill be honest, the whole fam made it up Baldy perfectly, no arguing, no snapping, and the other half was a train wreck. It didn’t help that we took a wrong foot path and ended up WAY off track🙃. Cheers to cold water and a cold drink! 💦

Simply put: change what you don’t like or keep living with it. This could be children’s attitudes, wall color, your health, and EVERY TID BIT in between.
We have seriously been changing up a few things in our household this summer! Helping kids communicate better with each other and us, renovating an RV, doing away with so👏🏼much👏🏼stuff... the list goes on and on. But we are here for it! Either figure out how to improve or get run over with the depression of aggravation on repeat. Read that again✌🏻. What’s something that’s on your bucket list to CHANGE?!!!
