Starting August 17, 2026, join us every Monday & Wednesday at 12:00PM for our new midday All-levels Fundamentals Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense class.

Beginners can expect classes structured for safety and learning in a welcoming atmosphere.

Advanced students come to this class to sharpen skills in fundamental Jiu-jitsu and self defense.
