Y’ALL — This session that I am wrapping up today has been absolutely amazing 🤩 Super capable and teachable kids with equally incredible families. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better group.
I’m just SIX weeks, 17 more kiddos now know how to Self Rescue™ in the water!
Can’t wait to get my next session started on June 13 ✨

Put simply, here’s the thing with using swim floaties in the pool: They put your tiny swimmer in a vertical position, while the body’s natural floating position is horizontal.
ISR teaches your swimmer HOW to maneuver their body into that horizontal position, which is where we train them how to float and breathe.
Self Rescue™ sounds complicated, but in reality, your child’s body is already equipped with the ability to learn!
DISCLAIMER: If your swimmer is in open water, please use a coast guard approved life jacket that is well fitted.

✨ ANNOUNCMENT ✨
Hey guys — Mrs. Molly here 👋🏼 Excited to announce that I am opening registration tomorrow for my next Vacaville session! Session will begin on Monday, April 25th.
Last summer, I had the wonderful opportunity to teach some seriously AMAZING kids the life saving skills of Self Rescue™ (swipe through… aren’t they CUTE!? 😩🥰)
Summer is approaching fast and I can’t wait to take on my next group of kiddos.
QUESTIONS? ➡️ DM ME!

Ugh - Hearing from happy parents NEVER gets old! Thank you, 😭🤩💛

Pool side high fives 🖐🏼
I amazed DAILY at the amazing things these tiny humans are capable of learning so quickly.
ISR is not only changing the lives of little swimmers and their families every day, but it continues to change mine every time I hop in the pool with a student.
I consider it a true blessing that I get to do what I do! 🥰

ISR teaches your child how to propel themselves through the water with their face fully submerged, eyes open and mouth closed…
Over time, ISR also teaches your child how to roll back to a float in order to breathe.
With ISR, your child will learn swimming skills that they can use recreationally, as well as in a Self Rescue™ situation.
I can’t wait for the warm weather to return so that I can continue teaching your little ones these skills! ☀️
