from the box to ready to work! Really simple to assemble if you've assembled any other equipment. It took about 1.5 hours, I was really shocked that it was that easy. Really smooth strength profile. Looking forward to the gains!

First Powerlifting United meet. Opened with a conservative 165. It felt smooth but I only went up to a 182.5 second. That lift paused about 3/4 of the way up so I thought my tris were cooked so I only added another 2.5, for a 185 bar. It went quicker than the second. I guess triceps just needed a bit more warm up.
