Valentine Youth Activities

There will be coachpitch parent meeting and practice for all kids and parents Tuesday at 6pm ball fields. In case of rain we will be at the old gym. Thanks

We will have a teeball and coach pitch meeting Tuesday at 7pm in the old gym office. Please spread the word. We have a large group in both leagues and we’re going to need 4-5 volunteer coaches to make teams. Once we have enough coaches we can divide kids up and get started. Thank you!

We will have a baseball meeting tomorrow night at 7:30 pm old gym. This is only for the 3 travel teams. Anyone who can and is willing to coach or assist please attend. We have some things we need to figure out so we can get these kids in the field practicing.

For anyone who missed the last three nights of signups there’s forms at the library and city hall. Get them filled out and in before late fees after the 13th!!!

Don’t forget tball, coach pitch, and baseball signups tonight. I’ll be here for another 20 minutes if your out and about. Otherwise you have the next two nights from 6-7 pm to get signed up. Late entries will be extremely limited. Thanks!

Ok gang, I’m getting lots of soccer and baseball questions. We’re going to try something a little different for soccer this year. We will be doing a Dog Days of Summer soccer program. This will most likely take place for 4 weeks after July 4th. We will have a new location for games and it will be a lot of fun. Stay tuned in the next few months for signup information.

Baseball and tball signups will be the first week of April. Any boys or girls from the ages of 4 to14 can play. For travel baseball we play in the Rosebud League. There’s teams for 7/8 year olds, 9/10year olds, and 11/12year olds. We have a travel teener team for 13/14 year olds. Everyone else will play tball and coach pitch. I will not be dispersing forms to schools or the radio station. The only place to get them will be the scheduled nights from me. Signups will be in my office at the old gym on April 6th, 7th, and 8th between 6 and 7 pm. If you can’t make it contact me and we will have one makeup date if needed. If there’s any questions don’t be afraid to ask. See you all soon!!!!
