The North Bay's most fun on and off the water yacht club! The Vallejo Yachting and Rowing Club was formed on April 27, 1900, soon thereafter joining the PICYA.
We have a dredged harbor, slips available, picture-perfect sunsets, and lots of friendly boaters, for sail and power. It was the seventh club to join the PICYA. The first clubhouse was started in 1901 and was completed in 1902. Most of the members at the time were either from Vallejo or with the Navy at Mare Island. First weekend of our Learn to Sail program in the books! This sold out class was a great kick off to the 2 other sessions starting on June 15th and another starting on the 22nd. Go to our website to sign up!!

Summer is here, and it’s the perfect time to learn to sail! Ages 9 and up are welcome. Share with a friend as this is the cheapest class in the Bay Area for learning to sail!!
