A new nutrition model has been released as of yesterday here in the U.S.A.
PROTEIN TARGET 0.54–0.73 grams per pound of body weight per day.
Vegetables: 3 servings per day.
Fruits: 2 servings per day.
GRAIN Target: 2–4 servings per day.
