Each week, we’ll explore how to glide, slink, and melt into the floor…how to move with control and surrender while learning the fundamental elements of floorwork.
Heels, pole heels, socks; every form of footwear is welcome. Come as you are, and learn how to move from the ground up.

The afternoon featured a custom pole dance routine, chair dance experience, and light refreshments to keep the vibes high while the team stepped out of the office and into something unforgettable. 💕

With excitement and love, Jashley will teach her final classes next week, May 27th and 30th before beginning maternity leave as she prepares to welcome her little one.🍼💞💝
Jashley has brought so much energy and encouragement to our studio community, and we are incredibly grateful for the passion, playfulness, and care she has shared with all of us. While her classes will no longer appear on the schedule for the time being, we are sending her all of our love as she gets prepares for this beautiful next phase.
Be sure to join her classes that week to celebrate and send her off with love. 💖

We are celebrating one of our own today! ✨
Wishing Brandy the happiest 30th birthday! We had THE best time celebrating you with a private party, and this theme could not have been more perfect. 🤠✨
We are so lucky to have an instructor like Brandy; someone who teaches movement with intention, emotion, and authenticity. She encourages her students to lean into vulnerability instead of shying away from it, creating a space that feels welcoming, playful, compassionate, and empowering all at once.
And of course… never without a Taylor Swift song somewhere in the playlist. 🎶🪩
