Congrats to Core Power athlete Cam Tegt on winning the New Prairie Invitational. No one sees all the work he puts in off the course to get to where he is. Keep on crushing the competition.

Congrats to Liam, Christian, and MJ on their playoff run. We had the honor of being able to work with them through middle school prepping them for HS. Crown Point is in good hands for the next 3 years.

Spring Break schedule

Next week we are on spring break so we will have a modified schedule. Workouts will be on Tuesday and Thursday (24th & 26th) from 9:15-10:15am. These will be modified workouts, athletes will resume their normal progress the following week.

A lot of young athletes starting up. Always getting faster, stronger, more powerful.

It’s been crazy here, a lot of new athletes starting up wanting to get faster, stronger, and more powerful. We’ll get a post up of all the new guys soon. As always pushing our athletes to become the best version of themselves. Throwing in a lot of fun competitive games as well. Competing always makes you stronger.
