• Individuals complete the full course for time.
• Teams of 2 each complete the course once, with times combined for your final score.

• Sled Push – 50 yards (160lbs F / 205lbs M)
• Sled Pull – 160lbs (F) / 205lbs (M)
• Sandbag Lunge – 50 yards (25lbs F / 50lbs M)
• Farmer Carry – 100 yards (40lbs x2 F / 88lbs x2 M)
• Sandbag To Shoulder – 5 reps each side (25lbs F / 50lbs M)
• Bear Hug Sandbag Carry – 50 yards (50lbs F / 100lbs M)
• Hardstyle Kettlebell Swings – 25 reps (40lbs F / 80lbs M)
