We had a great time today at ChampYon Taekwondo USA All American International Challenge! The competitors were top notch, and we hope to take part next year. Thanks to Grandmaster Ken C. Young Sr. and all who joined us from the United World Taekwondo Association.

I have been fortunate to train under some very accomplished Taekwondo practitioners. One of which I would like to share today. I began learning from Grandmaster Han S. Kwak in 1995 at Kwak's Taekwondo Academy. I received my 1st dan from Grandmaster Kwak in Lansing, IL in 1999. During that time, I trained and instructed alongside some very talented students. Here are some photos and biographical information about Grandmaster Kwak. I am proud to be part of his lineage, and I continue his teachings to this day.
