What a day for Valpo Soccer Club!
We want to congratulate all of our teams that battled their way into the NWISL Tournament Championship Games tomorrow at Dogwood Park in Chesterton. Your hard work, determination, and teamwork have earned you the opportunity to compete for a championship, and we couldnβt be more excited for you!
We also want to recognize every VSC team that took the field today. Whether your tournament journey continues tomorrow or came to an end today, you represented our club with effort, sportsmanship, and pride. We are incredibly proud of every player, coach, and family who wore the green and white this weekend.
Tomorrow, weβll be cheering on our championship teams as they take the field one more time this spring season. Good luck, play your game, and enjoy the moment!

πβ½ NWISL TOURNAMENT WEEKEND IS HERE! β½π
After a season of practices, games, growth, and hard work, tournament weekend has arrived!
This Saturday, Valpo Soccer Club will have 20 teams competing across 10 different locations throughout Northwest Indiana. We're especially excited to host two of our teams in tournament matches right here at home, giving our players the chance to compete in front of family, friends, and the VSC community.
No matter where our teams are playing, they all represent the same club, the same community, and the same standard.
Then on Sunday, the focus shifts to **Dogwood Park in Chesterton**, where championship matches will be played and tournament champions will be crowned.
Good luck to all of our players, coaches, and families this weekend. Play hard, support your teammates, respect the game, and make Valpo Soccer Club proud!
Let's show everyone what it means to be...

β½ VSC Fall Registration Update β½
UPDATE: U14 Girls is now on waitlist!
Our fall season is filling up quickly, and we wanted to share a few important updates with everyone:
π¨ U8 Coed is now on the waitlist
β³ U14 Girls is now on the waitlist
π We are still looking for coaches to help support our players and teams this season (DM questions here or email [email protected])
Our roster sizes are designed to give players quality playing time and create the best experience possible, and coaches play a huge role in making that happen.
Interested in coaching or know someone who may be willing to help? Reach out to us! Every coach makes a difference.
Register today before more divisions begin to fill!

β½οΈ What Does It Mean To Be Waitlisted? β½οΈ
Weβve had a lot of excitement around Fall registration, especially for our U10 Boys division, and we wanted to explain what being "waitlisted" actually means.
Waitlisted doesnβt simply mean we hit an arbitrary number. We intentionally set roster limits to create the best experience possible for our players.
β
Enough players to field a full team
β
A few substitutes available each game
β
Plenty of playing time for every player
β
Team sizes that coaches can effectively manage and develop
For example, if we had 50 players but only 2 coaches, playing time would become limited, team sizes would grow too large, and eventually we would be forced to turn players away β and thatβs the last thing we want to do.
This is where YOU can make a difference. π
The more volunteer coaches we have, the more opportunities we can create for players to get on the field this fall.
You donβt need years of experience to coach. If you have an interest in helping kids learn, grow, and enjoy the game, weβd love to talk with you.
