This is a great tournament this fall with limited registration. If you want to compete before the winter wrestling season this is the place, but you gotta act fast.

Tuesday wrestling 5:30-7PM is called off tonight: July 14th.
We’ll have MS/HS wrestling 12:25-1:55 Wednesday and Thursday with lifting to follow 2-2:45. This week and next week are the last weeks of summer wrestling for MS/Hs/viking wrestling club.

The Mat Club is running Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 5:30-7PM this week and into the future. Through the fall, so if you want to wrestle, opportunities are available in the Valpo HS wrestling room.
