✨ Class schedule week of June 1st✨
We have all of our weekly classes this week except no class Wednesday evening. Soma Space is back at 10:30am on Saturdays too! (Remember Saturday is BOGO Yoga register for one class take both) 💝
💜Affordable, accessible and available to all is our mission:
Affordable: Our classes are just $12 for a single session and $8 for a virtual session (3 virtual offerings this week). Our unlimited membership (in person & virtual) is only $75/month and it includes 10% off special events, plants & juices!
Accessible: we welcome walk-ins for all of our classes and we have everything you need at the studio to practice no extra charge!
Available to All: All of our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels and abilities - we will modify and offer advancements based on the individual for all classes!

Fascia Wellness Workshop: Release & Renew with is back at the HYS ✨
Join Anna Sunday June 14th from 1-3pm for an experience that blends myofascial release with the breath, alignment, and body awareness principles from yoga. The result is something practical, grounded, and deeply effective, whether you’re working with tools or just your own body alone.
🫶 If you haven’t been to one of Anna’s workshops you should try this one! She will offer some of her most trusted techniques with props and also offer some new movements and techniques that require no props at all!

This class was created with dads and men in mind but truly, everyone is welcome here! Whether you’re a dad, a partner, a friend, brand new to yoga, or someone simply looking for a space to breathe and recharge, this class is for you.
