BEHIND THE SCENES 👀

This is a class night at Rogers Martial Arts — everybody on the mat, adults and kids working out together.

Our students learn to stand tall, listen, and show respect — and parents tell us it's the part that carries over to home and school. Here, kids don't just watch the adults. They train with them.

🥋 Little Kickers (ages 5–7) — Mon/Wed/Thu 5:30–6:00 PM
🥋 Juniors karate (ages 8–12)
🥋 Family Class (Mon & Wed 7:00–7:45 PM) — train WITH your kid, free week for families

First class is FREE. Class times by age.

FOCUS FIRST. 👊

Before the kicks and punches comes the part most people never see — standing still, listening, and learning respect.

That's the foundation everything else is built on at Rogers Martial Arts.

First class FREE for your child. Class times by age.

🥋 TUESDAY NIGHT ON THE MATS 🥋

Our Juniors class putting in the work tonight — kicks, blocks, and a whole lot of focus.

This is where confidence gets built, one class at a time.

Want your child on these mats? First class is FREE. Class times by age.

🥋 HE DID IT! 🥋

Please congratulate BOB ROGERS — he passed his GOLD BELT test!

It took Bob a while to learn all the techniques, but he kept showing up, kept working, and he finally got every one of them down. That's what martial arts is all about.

Next stop for Bob: the Bluebonnet Karate Tournament, Nov 14 in Pottsboro. 🏆

Your child can earn a gold belt too — first class is FREE. Class times by age.

🥋 TECHNIQUE TUESDAY — for parents

Wondering what your 7-year-old actually learns in their first week of karate?

Not a flying kick. Something better.

A stance. A punch. And how to stand still, listen, and focus while doing it.

Look at these three — feet planted, arms out, eyes forward. That's week-one work, and it's the foundation for everything that comes after: stronger kicks, sharper focus, and a kid who listens the first time because they've practiced listening here.

Try this at home tonight: feet shoulder-width apart, one foot slightly forward, fist from the hip, punch straight out — and eyes on the target, not the floor. Then tell them: "Just like class."

That's how it starts. One stance. One punch. One kid learning to focus.

🥋 Little Kickers (ages 5–7) — Mon/Wed/Thu 5:30–6:00 PM
🥋 Juniors karate (ages 8–12)
🥋 Family Class (Mon & Wed 7:00–7:45 PM) — train WITH your kid, free week for families

First class is FREE. No experience, no gear, no pressure.

🥋 MOTIVATION MONDAY — for parents

Look at this kid.

He's standing in front of his classmates — eyes forward, fists up, ready. Not hiding in the back row. Not waiting to be picked. Stepping up.

Nobody is born confident. Confidence is built, one class at a time: learning to stand tall, listen, focus, and try again when it doesn't click the first time.

That's what we build here, every week — and it follows your kid home, to school, and everywhere else they need it.

If your kid could use a little more of that, this is their Monday:
🥋 Little Kickers (ages 5–7) — Mon/Wed/Thu 5:30–6:00 PM
🥋 Juniors karate (ages 8–12)
🥋 Family Class (Mon & Wed 7:00–7:45 PM) — train WITH your kid, free week for families

First class is FREE. No experience, no gear, no pressure.

My daughter walked onto the mats for the first time — orange belt, bare feet, all heart.

She started right where your kids would start. Little Kickers. Small classes. Big confidence.

Today she's in college, and the confidence, respect, and discipline she built here went with her.

It starts with one free class.
Little Kickers ages 5–7 · Juniors ages 8–12

🥋 COMMUNITY SATURDAY — this is the crew.

Look at this photo. That's Bob ROGERS, front and center, with our kids class — and that's the whole point.

When your kid joins us, they don't just get a class. They get a crew. Friends who cheer them on. Coaches who know their name. A room where they belong, exactly as they are.

Parents tell us this is the part that surprises them most: their kid asks when the next class is. Not because of the kicks — because of the people.

Want your kid to find their crew?
