Here’s what to lock in before you pull:

🔒 Neutral spine — no rounding, no hyperextension
🦵 Hips hinge first — this is not a squat
👐 Bar stays close to the body — it should nearly graze your shins
👀 Eyes forward, chest up — protect your cervical spine
💨 Brace your core — inhale, create intra-abdominal pressure before you pull
