While I'm in Mexico I am sending my clients workouts. This is what I sent them today. Go for it.

10 min cardio warm up
Open up hips, Spiderman lunges
5 inch worms

4x
10 burpees
40 mountain climbers
40 bicycles

2x ( time yourself but at the top of every minute. 3 burpees)
75 squats
75 lunges
