π High-Protein Peanut Butter Balls Recipe π«π₯
Fuel your body with these delicious, protein-packed peanut butter balls! πͺ Perfect for pre-workout, post-workout, or a healthy snack on the go. π
Ingredients:
βοΈ 2 cups rolled oats
βοΈ 1 cup creamy peanut butter
βοΈ 1/2 cup honey
βοΈ 1/4 cup chia seeds
βοΈ 1/4 cup protein powder
βοΈ 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
βοΈ Pinch of salt
Directions:
1οΈβ£ Mix oats, peanut butter, and honey.
2οΈβ£ Add chia seeds and protein powder, then form balls.
3οΈβ£ Dip in melted dark chocolate.
