Overall, a good presentation. Don't eat tofu though. Tempeh is a safer bet. I'm not sold on the vegan diet either. It can be done, but I am under the impression that vitamin b12 is not available without supplementation or dairy. I will have to research that more.

Occasionally, as a fitness professional, you have to tell someone, "You don't know what the hell you're talking about." People don't always like that. Well if you want to be an expert at something, become an expert. Don't just pick fights with people who know more than you do. That's a good way to look like a fool.
