So Skyzone, Van Nuys, first time I went they had paint fumes going when toddlers were jumping! I told them they could've painted the walls any other time but they said it was all last minute to paint during toddler time where kids were smelling all the fumes! People and kids even got sick that day! Got a $8 refund. Today second time going and they posted a new rule no parent can jump with child only walk or stand on the trampoline so that defeats the fun of going and teaching kids how to jump and use a trampoline! So FYI Skyzone, Van Nuys SkyZone ruined the fun for all us parents. You can still go on the trampoline just cannot jump and no parent was happy today!!!! What they should be doing is separating sections!! This section for 3-5yr olds. This section for 0-2yr olds. I get why they are doing this but it's much harder for parents to teach toddler how to jump especially since mines only been there twice. Instead of penalizing all parents from having fun with their toddlers. Thought to warn all the mom groups of the valley!! NEVER TO COME TO YOUR TODDLER TIME!!!! Until your sky zone van nuys does a better job at making experiences fun!!! And all parents today WERE UNIMPRESSED!!!!! I'll be calling your corporate office!!!! Also notice how it's NOT on the sign but your manager and staff TOLD US IN PERSON WHEN PAYING THAT WE CANT JUMP!!! That's FU**ED UP!!!
