The 2026 U.S. Figure Skating National Showcase takes place August 3–8, 2026, in Littleton (Denver), Colorado, hosted locally by the Denver Colorado Figure Skating Club. This annual event blends artistic expression, theatrical performance, and figure skating.

🍀⛸️Wishing the best this week to MVSA skater’s Dylan and Brooklyn as they start their first competition of the 2026-27 NQS Series. Go for it!!🎉 The 2026-27 U.S. Figure Skating National Qualifying Series (NQS) begins in July and runs through October 2026, featuring 21 qualifying events across the country. Skaters advance to the NQS Finals in November. Top skaters at each level then advance to the Eastern, Midwestern and Pacific Coast Sectional Singles Final.

A huge THANK YOU to wonderful guest coach Tammy Gambill and our amazing staff coach Karen Chen for sharing your knowledge, passion, and experience with our skaters. Your encouragement, technical expertise, and thoughtful coaching inspired every athlete to push themselves, embrace new challenges, and continue growing both on and off the ice.
Our skaters had an amazing time learning new skills, refining their technique, and building confidence throughout the seminar. Even more importantly, they had so much fun doing it! The energy, smiles, and excitement on the ice made this an unforgettable start to the summer.
Thank you to Mountain View Skating Academy and Portland Ice Skating Club for bringing our skating community together for such a special event. We are so grateful for the opportunity to learn from these two world-class coaches and role models, and we can’t wait to put everything we learned into practice this season!
