I’ve been reflecting back on the journey of Standard Culture Fitness Club. It’s been almost 5 years since we opened up. It’s because of God and the people He brought into mine and lives that our business has become what it is today.

It’s been about 7 months since I switched careers. I was presented an incredible opportunity to work for a locally family owned business; again, only because of the amazing people I’ve met through

The sense of fulfillment and gratefulness I’ve felt being involved working with two hardworking and passionate business partners is such a blessing.

My role may have changed at our gym, but the purpose stays the same. To continue to serve others in love.

Happy birthday to my not so little sister❤️😭 Watching you grow you up has been amazing and inspiring to watch. Thank you for all the memories and laughs we get to share together. God blessed me with an incredible sister✝️ Love you sis!
