Graduated Dixon High School (CA) as a 2X GEL All-League Player.

College:
Started playing colleg ball at Solano Community College before transferring to Simpson University
Continued on to play in the Palm Springs Collegiate League (All-Star player), Coastal Plain League.

Professional Career:
Two seasons as a pitcher in the USPBL, Pioneer MLB Partner League, and Mavericks League.

I have taught pitching and hitting at Dixon High School Varsity, American Legion, numerous travel ball organizations as well as private lessons.

I specialize in teaching pitching for athletes of all ages.

It’s the Scap Pull! This is one of our foundational drills that’s good for all ages. Athletes should be able to do this movement with ease after training for a bit. It really helps the brain to understand how to load the arm back properly, which is necessary for a good strong, safe throw. There are lots of variations that we use with different stances but they all possess the same goal: to create efficient rotational development and explore how the scapula moves on the rib cage to help load the arm to then have a smooth transition forward through ball release. Master the scap pull and you’re already doing better than most. This will single handedly change your athletes throw. Give it a shot! We are using our HLT Lightning Balls here.
