It’s been over a decade, maybe even longer, since Reside last participated in the Red Rubber Showdown, the annual kickball tournament hosted by Underdog Portland. Thanks to all of the DSPs, House Managers (especially those covering on call), and Admin staff who came out and represented Reside at this year’s event. It was a fantastic turnout, and best of all, everyone made it through without injuries.

Also, thank you to all the friends and families who came out and supported the team. Your energy and encouragement made the day even better.

A huge thank you to Isaiah Emerson for hosting and leading Reside’s return to the Red Rubber Showdown, and to Dustin McDonald for the amazing photo shoot. What a great way to bring Reside back into the fun this year.

Cole’s retiring! He’s been a fixture at Reside for such a long time and he’s made so many special relationships here, we decided to send him off the right way!

This is the largest crowd of people we’ve ever hosted at the office which sends the message that he is adored by so many!

We tried to capture as many “Coleisms” as possible and we came up with a few…even put one on a shirt with his face on it to commemorate his retirement (good job Hieu).

Thank you for all your years of service, Cole. I believe you have more than thirty years of experience in this industry and have helped so many be the best they can be; staff and clients alike. We are grateful for everything you’ve done to enrich the lives of the individuals here at Reside!

We wish you the best in your retirement!

Years ago, Managers would nominate a Manager of the Month and with that designation would come a trophy. It was the, “Yasssss!” trophy.

Well we’ve brought it back! This time we are honoring the GOAT of the Month!

Help us in congratulating Olivia Smith, Reside’s newest Manager, as the GOAT of June! She hit the ground running and has made quite the impression on her clients as well as her fellow Managers and Admin Staff! Keep up the great work!

July’s GOAT is Parker Scholder, who has been with Reside for 11 years! He has successfully taken on a new assignment and has had his work cut out for him, but he continues to be engaged with his clients and helping them improve the quality of their lives!

Great job, GOATs! 🐐🐐🎉🎉

We know you’re not retiring just yet but we wanted to let you know that you’ll be missed terribly. We’ve all enjoyed working with you over the years, Angie, and we know that our clients have as well!

Help us in congratulating Kiara Grant on unanimously winning votes for Oregon Manager of the Year 2025!

Kiara has proven her tenacity and grit by not only showing up for the most difficult and challenging days but also motivating others around her to do the same. She has put her clients before herself at times. For that I am grateful and so are the clients and staff who get to work with her day in and day out!

Congratulations on an award well deserved!!
