My new bench press! Homemade - custom to my height and arm length. Felt good to finally finish it. 7 trips later to and a couple weeks of a little time here and there.

Drop sets 3-3-3-burnout=1 set
4 sets each exercise(superset if you want to)
I gave myself 2 weeks to finish each board
Board 2 Tabata sets(20:10x8)
2 sets each exercise
Do it in whatever order you want to. I did :)

50 reps of everything in the list!
RULES - you find a weight that you MIGHT have to put down one time.
If you put the weight down you have the amount of reps left as your rest period in seconds.
Example: I stop at 35 reps I have 15 seconds to rest before starting again!
