This group right here… they are the definition of dedication, grit, and heart. Our Optionals step into the gym every day ready to push limits, chase goals, and represent SWAG with confidence and class.

SWAG and our coaches are so proud of the athletes they’re becoming — the leadership they show, the work they put in when no one’s watching, and the way they lift each other up through every challenge and every victory.

The 2025–2026 season is going to be big for this team. New skills, new levels of confidence, and moments they’ll remember long after the season ends.

There’s something so special about watching our compulsory athletes step into a new season. The excitement, the nerves, the breakthroughs, the friendships — this is where the foundation of a gymnast is built, and this group is already showing us just how strong that foundation is.

SWAG and our coaches are so proud of the work these athletes put in every single day. The focus, the effort, the smiles, the determination… it all adds up. They’re growing not just as gymnasts, but as teammates and as confident young humans who believe in themselves.

This incredible group has poured their heart, grit, and passion into the gym year after year, and now we get to celebrate everything they’ve become — strong athletes, confident young adults, and role models who lift up everyone around them.

From long practices to big moments on the floor, they’ve shown what it means to have Strength, Willpower, Attitude, and Grit. Their impact on our community will be felt long after they graduate.

Help us cheer on our Class of 2026 as they finish their final season with the same fire they’ve always brought to SWAG. We’re so proud of you — and we can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll do next.

This year, our team is honored to support the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon & Southwest Washington. Their mission is deeply meaningful, and we’re excited to come together for such an important cause.

A donation link is included for anyone who would like to contribute. You can also stop by SWAG throughout the week — we’ll have a donation jar available until we head to the meet.
Our girls will be rocking their Charity Choice leotards, and if you’ve never been to this meet before, it’s truly something special. The energy is incredible, the purpose is powerful, and it’s a beautiful reminder of what our community can do when we unite.

Our SWAG teams are officially heading to the PDX Invitationals and we’re ready to kick off an exciting weekend of competition, teamwork, and big energy.
