A few weeks ago, Andrew and I launched a new wellness community built around four pillars that support a healthy, balanced life:
✨ Move
🥗 Nourish
🌿 Recover
❤️ Connect
Yesterday we started our 6-Week Reset Challenge, but the good news is that you can join anytime.
This week is all about movement.
Our bodies were designed to move, but modern life gives us many reasons to stay still. Movement does not have to mean an intense workout or hours at the gym.
It can be a strength training session, a walk around the block, stretching while dinner is cooking, gardening, dancing in the kitchen, or simply getting up from your chair more often.
The goal this week is not to exercise perfectly.
The goal is to move your body a little more than usual and to do it consistently.
To help you get started, we recorded movement tutorials with Coach Ginger that are available inside the community.
I'm curious—what has movement looked like for you this week?
If you would like to join our new wellness community and access the challenge, movement tutorials, and support from others on the same journey, send me a DM and I'll send you the link.

One client walked into Recovery Space moving slowly, carefully — lower back pain had been following him for a long time. After a few hyperbaric and red light sessions, he looked at me and said quietly, “I don’t feel that pain anymore.” One client also shared that her acupuncturist noticed improvement and mentioned that the needles could now go deeper.
Another client told me her energy started coming back after only a couple sessions. Not the jittery kind from caffeine… real energy. The kind that lets you cook dinner, go for a walk, call a friend, and still feel like yourself at the end of the day.
One woman shared that she finally slept deeply again. Another client came every day for 5 days after knee surgery, and his surgeon was genuinely surprised how quickly he recovered. One more client stayed consistent through hyperbaric sessions, and little by little the tingling and numbness started reducing.
Different stories. Different bodies. Different healing timelines.
But there is something they all remind me of — the body truly wants to heal when we give it support, oxygen, rest, consistency, and patience.
I feel deeply grateful to witness these moments at Recovery Space every week. Quiet victories… but very meaningful ones.

Exercise for weight loss and its link to long life is explored in new research. Exercise carries many health benefits, independent of how much weight loss occurs.

Happy New Year!!!
For me, Pilates/ Workout is not just about building muscle or losing weight; it is also about an inner happiness and an overall well-being.
Wish I could connect with a lot of people through Pilates and Melt and share a lot of happiness.😊
